These Distinctive Industries front door panels are reproductions of the original GM panels used on 1970–72 Chevelle Coupe, Convertible and El Camino models. Each panel is upholstered in 32-oz. original GM-style Madrid-grain vinyl and features the correct dielectric heat-sealed pattern and chrome Mylar trim. Distinctive reproduces the original panel pattern, trim placement and factory-style detailing while offering a wide selection of original interior colors. The vinyl is mounted to a factory GM original style .100-inch poly-coated Autoboard backing, die-cut for the application, with the front door panels perimeter stapled. Distinctive Industries specifically identifies these construction details as part of its reproduction process, providing a substantial, properly formed foundation for installation in the original door location.
