Most of our merchandise is shipped throughout North America via FedEx Ground, but we utilize a variety of convenient and cost effective shipping services. Typical ground service to all parts of the continental USA is between 1 and 3 days in the Western Coastal states, 3 to 4 days to the far Western states, 4 to 5 days to the Midwestern states, 5 to 7 days to the Eastern Seaboard states.
Orders outside of the contiguous USA including APO and FPO must be pre-paid in US funds by Bank Check or Credit Card. OPG regularly ships to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, UK, France, Australia, Switzerland, etc. Federal Express is used whenever possible. Shipping rates vary due to size and weight. Please call, write or fax for rates to your area. A $29.95 special handling fee will be added to all foreign orders.

Any package that measures over 48” in length, and/or 30” in width or height, is subject to an additional handling surcharge of $12.95 per package. Unusually shaped packages such as cylinders or drums are also subject to this charge, as are unusual exterior packaging materials such as plastic or cloth.
Certain items which exceed standard size are exempt from free shipping promotions. These items are noted in your cart at checkout.
Products that require truck freight delivery are items too large to be shipped via FedEx Ground. These are items such as fenders, hoods, etc. All truck freight orders must be prepaid. Rates begin at $120.00 and vary based on weight. Please contact our customer service department for accurate freight charges or visit our website at opgi.com.

Please inspect the merchandise in the presence of the carrier at the time of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the delivering service (FedEx Ground, etc.) to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, it is imperative that the driver documents this on their delivery sheet. Please report any and all damaged goods in shipments within 3 days of receipt. OPGI cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing parts without documentation on the delivery sheet and without contacting the delivering company directly. Please promptly call OPGI customer service so we may assist you with Damage Claims.
This fee ensures that your entire order and any backordered shipments associated with that invoice will be covered with handling and packaging insurance in case of damage or loss during transit. A one-time charge will be applied to your new order.
