Lokar's LS Classic Series Fuelie Style crate engines are designed to give your LS the look of GM’s iconic original mechanical fuel injection system while using modern technology for ultimate performance. These crate engines start with a brand new, GM 495 horsepower "Hot Cam" LS3 right out of the box, with your choice of the engine being painted orange or left unpainted. The LS Classic Fuelie Series engines are assembled with a cast aluminum, two-piece manifold in a 1957, 1962 or 1963 configuration. Also features finned, cast aluminum small block style valve covers. These crate engines come with coils, coil harness, valley plate, Intake system w/ throttle body, valve covers, Corvette style balancer, exhaust manifolds, spark plugs, 4L60E/4L80E flexplate and Holley ECU with engine harness. Once completely assembled, Lokar puts the engine on an in-house run stand, loads the Holley EFI ECU with a start-up tune and runs the engine to check for leaks and correct oil pressure. After they are satisfied that your engine will operate with no issues, it is put back in the original GM crate and shipped directly to you or your builder.
