1978-88 Monte Carlo, 1978-87 El Camino & 1978-83 Malibu "Gen 5 Magnum" Evaporator Set (Factory A/C) by Vintage Air®
Electronic controls bring variable blower speed and blended heating, cooling and defrost to the cabin.
This Vintage Air® "Gen 5 Magnum" evaporator set replaces the original factory-A/C underdash equipment with an electronic heater/evaporator assembly, blower, mounting brackets, ducting, wiring, a new electronic control panel and installation hardware. A stamped-steel firewall cover closes the original opening. The original glove box must be modified as shown in the installation instructions. The underhood compressor, condenser and refrigerant-hose package are not included.
Applications: 1978-88 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, 1978-87 El Camino and 1978-83 Malibu with factory A/C.
