Cap features the correct internal locking tabs or threads as well as the external cross bar for installing and removing the cap. Early metal cap features bright zinc-plating.

Notes

“Deep” and “Shallow” is a reference to the height of the fuel cap lock ring tabs. Deep style is approximately 3/8” and shallow style is approximately 1/4”. On the Tank: Measure from the top of fuel neck down to the lock tab grooves. On the Cap: Measure from the inner gasket down to the lock tabs.
