General Motors made three different tailgate switches for various models between 1964 and 1968. All were the same as far as fit and function were concerned, however one had a removable black knob, one had a removable chrome knob and the other had a non-removable chrome knob. Our particular switch features the removable black knob and will work perfectly in any application over the specified years.
