These model specific kits can be used to replace an original slow or damaged power window motor and regulator assembly or to convert manual windows over to power. Each direct bolt-in assembly includes new powerful ACI window motors as well as regulators that are made from 1018 cold-roll steel for strength and durability. The regulators also feature Bronze Oilite® thrust bearings at the pivots and 4130 gear plates that are heat treated for longer tooth life and better wear resistance.
Kits can be ordered without switches, or with switches to be mounted on the door or in the center console in several styles. Styles include standard chrome, illuminated black, nostalgia which are chrome-plated billet aluminum, or Nu-Crank switches which mount on the door and operate using your original manual crank handles as a power switch. The no switch/wiring option includes only motors, bare plugs, and crimp terminals allowing you to run your original switches and wiring. These assemblies carry a lifetime warranty and are manufactured in the USA.
