Mirror Kit, Underhood, 1970-72 Chevelle/El Camino, Cowl Induction Hood
Pre-cut acrylic underhood mirror kit for 1970–72 Chevelle and El Camino cowl induction hoods.
Give the engine compartment of your 1970–72 Chevrolet Chevelle or El Camino a distinctive show-quality appearance with this custom underhood mirror kit, designed specifically for cowl induction hoods. Each mirror section is precision-cut from lightweight, heat-resistant acrylic to fit within the factory recesses on the underside of the hood, creating an attractive reflective surface that highlights the engine and surrounding components. The mirrored panels provide a striking visual effect when the hood is raised, making this kit an excellent addition to restored muscle cars, custom builds and vehicles displayed at car shows.
The complete kit includes pre-cut acrylic mirror sections along with the installation supplies needed to secure them in place. Silicone adhesive, a caulking gun, masking tape and detailed instructions are provided to help simplify installation, while the included microfiber towel and mirror cleaner make it easy to maintain the reflective finish. Designed to complement the contours of the original cowl induction hood, these lightweight panels offer a convenient way to personalize the engine compartment without replacing the existing hood or undertaking extensive modifications.
