This RESTOPARTS® steel hood replaces the rusted, damaged, or missing original on 1969-72 Chevrolet Truck/Suburban models. Precision stamped from automotive-grade steel, it reproduces the factory dimensions, exterior contours, edge profiles, and mounting locations for proper alignment with the fenders, cowl, grille, and surrounding front-end sheet metal. A reinforced inner structure adds strength and rigidity while providing the correct mounting provisions for the factory-style hinges and latch assembly. The stock-style profile preserves the original exterior appearance and factory body lines. Factory-style emblem holes are incorporated for installation of the original-style hood emblem.
