This RESTOPARTS® stamped-steel Hood is an exact reproduction of the original GM hood used on 1965–67 Pontiac LeMans and Tempest models. Precision-stamped from automotive-grade steel, it reproduces the original GM profile for an authentic appearance and proper alignment with the surrounding front-end sheet metal. The underside reproduces the original GM skeletal reinforcement/stamped-steel inner structure, along with the correct mounting provisions for the hood hinges and latch assembly. Original GM mounting points are reproduced in their proper locations for straightforward installation and correct alignment with the fenders, cowl, grille and surrounding front-end sheet metal. Each hood is EDP (Electro-deposit primed) coated to provide corrosion resistance during storage, preparation and installation.
