Original steel hoods are heavy. If you need to replace your stock hood because of rust or an accident, or you want to remove weight from the front end to gain performance, these quality fiberglass hoods are the way to go. They have the inserts and substructure just like your original, but if you select a 2" cowl induction hood, you gain more clearance for a performance or race intake and carburetor package. You can get the stock look with the flat hood, or you can get the look of performance with the cowl induction hood. Either way, you always get quality.
