Lightweight fiberglass hood featuring factory-inspired contours and a performance-oriented design

This Glasstek fiberglass hood provides a lightweight replacement for the original hood on 1970 Cutlass models. Molded fiberglass construction reproduces the required exterior contours, while the reinforced underside provides support and rigidity without the weight of a conventional steel hood. The molded 4-4-2/Rallye 350 OAI contours reproduce the distinctive factory performance styling and outside-air-induction appearance of the original hood. The bolt-on configuration is designed for use with factory-style hinges and latch hardware; lighter fiberglass hood springs are required. Test-fit the hood and complete normal fiberglass filling, sanding, priming, and paint preparation before final installation.
