Lightweight fiberglass hood featuring factory-inspired contours and a performance-oriented design
This fiberglass hood provides a lightweight replacement for the original hood on 1968-69 Chevelle/El Camino models. Molded fiberglass construction reproduces the required exterior contours, while the reinforced underside helps provide the rigidity needed for proper fit and appearance.
The raised 4-inch cowl-induction design provides additional clearance for taller intake and carburetor combinations while adding a performance-oriented appearance. Designed for restoration or performance applications, the hood should be test-fitted before final bodywork and paint. Test-fit and complete normal fiberglass preparation before primer and paint.

- 1968 models MUST use 1969 hood hinges, will not fit 1968 hinges. All fiberglass hoods require lighter springs.
