Precision stamped from automotive-grade steel, it reproduces the factory dimensions, exterior contours, edge profiles, and mounting locations for proper alignment with the fenders, cowl, grille, and surrounding front-end sheet metal. A reinforced inner structure adds strength and rigidity while providing the correct mounting provisions for the factory-style hinges and latch assembly.
