This RESTOPARTS® smoothie firewall assembly replaces the original firewall on 1967-1968 Chevrolet and GMC 4WD truck and Suburban models with a clean, custom appearance. Precision stamped from automotive-grade steel, it reproduces the correct factory contours while eliminating the factory heater and air conditioning openings. The weld-thru primer allows welding without removing the protective coating. Manufactured to RESTOPARTS® quality standards, this firewall assembly is an excellent choice for custom builds, LS swaps, or heater and A/C delete applications while maintaining the structural integrity of the original firewall. As with all replacement sheet metal, minor fitting adjustments may be required during installation to accommodate individual vehicle tolerances and previous repairs.
