1968-72 Convertible (GM “A” Body) Front Windshield Molding Set
Manufactured by OPGI / RESTOPARTS®, this upper-side windshield molding set accurately reproduces the unique stainless-steel moldings originally found only on 1968-72 GM A-Body convertibles. Unlike hardtop models, this convertible application utilized wider and more substantial side moldings with distinctive factory contours. Produced in our factory using dedicated tooling developed from original GM components, this molding set captures the correct profile, edge definition, and proportions that distinguish authentic convertible trim. Each piece is precision roll-formed from automotive-grade stainless steel and polished to a brilliant showroom-quality finish. Whether restoring a Chevelle, GTO, Cutlass, Skylark, or GS convertible, these moldings deliver the correct factory look, fit, and presence that enthusiasts expect from a concours-quality restoration. Please note that we also offer a full windshield molding kit that includes the thick, lower brilliantly polished stainless steel cowl molding (Part No. CH25857).
