Faithfully reproducing the bright, upscale appearance of the original 1970 Malibu front end, this grille kit combines a correctly reproduced silver grille with authentic stainless-steel trim for a factory-correct restoration. Manufactured with the proper contours, grille pattern, mounting points, and finish, this assembly captures the refined styling Chevrolet originally designed for Malibu and standard El Camino models. Included upper and lower "U" moldings are stamped from brilliant stainless steel and polished to replicate the appearance of original GM components, as well as the two vertical moldings in the center. Together, the grille and moldings create the distinctive bright-trimmed front-end appearance that set the Malibu apart from its Super Sport counterpart. Whether restoring a survivor or completing a concours-quality build, this kit provides the correct appearance, fit, and detail expected from a premium restoration component.
