Replace a worn 5-3/4-inch round sealed-beam lamp in a listed 1958–74 GM application with a SYLVANIA® H5001 headlight. This is the high-beam-only inner lamp for a four-headlight system. It is an original-type halogen service replacement without T3 markings. Sold individually.
