Finish the trunk crest with a reproduction gasket cut to the original profile for 1970 Cadillac DeVille and Calais models. EPDM rubber seats between the crest and deck lid, preserving the factory detail at the trim mounting surface. It also cushions the crest against the paint and helps keep moisture out of the joint. The rubber resists weathering and ultraviolet exposure.
