This horn-contact component connects the steering-wheel horn button to the column horn circuit on compatible 1947–66 Chevrolet and GMC trucks. The contact services the electrical connection inside the steering wheel without requiring replacement of the complete steering column. Its mounting position is within the original steering-wheel and column horn circuit.
