Finish a VSW S9 steering wheel with a GM-licensed Buick Tri-Shield horn button. The standard S9 design uses a recessed black center, spring-loaded pins for secure pressure fitment and a two-wire horn contact. It fits VSW S9 wheels and most standard 9-bolt wheels with a 3.2-inch center opening.
