This complete RESTOPARTS® bucket seat chrome restoration kit includes the commonly replaced chrome trim components needed to finish both front bucket seats on 1969–72 GM A-Body applications. Rather than sourcing the individual pieces separately, this 21-piece kit combines the chrome seatback piping, seatback lock buttons, headrest locks and escutcheons, chrome piping end caps and seat-track adjustment knobs into one matched package. The components reproduce the original GM appearance and provide the finishing details needed when restoring original-style bucket seats. The chrome piping is designed specifically for use with reproduction plastic seatbacks and bases. Its more pliable construction makes it easier to form around the seatback while providing the bright chrome appearance of the original GM trim once installed. An excellent addition when installing new seat upholstery, seat foam, reproduction seatbacks and bases, or completing a full bucket-seat restoration. One kit completes both front bucket seats.
