These RESTOPARTS® bucket seat extender brackets are designed for 1966–72 GM A-Body models and allow the front bucket seat to be positioned farther rearward than the original factory mounting location.
For taller drivers, the original seating position can place the seat too close to the steering wheel and pedals even when the seat tracks are adjusted fully rearward. These steel extender brackets provide additional rearward positioning while maintaining a secure mounting point for the original-style bucket seat tracks.
Manufactured from heavy-gauge steel, each bracket is properly formed and drilled for the application. The brackets mount between the factory floor mounting locations and bucket seat tracks, providing a straightforward way to increase driver legroom without modifying the seat frame or relocating the original floor mounting points.
