Complete Rear Package Tray Kit — Madrid Grain Shelf with Die-Cut Jute Insulation

This complete rear seat shelf kit for 1964–65 Chevelle Coupe models combines the reproduction Madrid grain rear package tray with the properly fitted jute underside insulation in one complete package. The rear seat shelf is factory die-cut to the original GM specifications for proper fit in the factory location behind the rear seat and directly below the rear window. It features the correct Madrid grain surface and sewn Madrid-grain vinyl forward edge, reproducing the original finished appearance of the Chevelle interior. The included jute insulation is die-cut for installation beneath the rear seat shelf and provides the correct fitted backing rather than requiring universal insulation to be measured and cut. In addition to supporting the package tray, the jute provides an added layer of insulation between the trunk area and passenger compartment. Both pieces are designed to fit together for a straightforward installation and are included as a specially priced kit.
