This AMK® set supplies 54 fasteners and related hardware for the factory A/C attachments ahead of the firewall on a 1968 Chevelle or El Camino. The set covers condenser/bracket mounting, evaporator/blower-to-firewall attachment, evaporator-case screws, the ambient switch, ground connection and receiver tank. It also supplies hose-grommet, vacuum-tank, vacuum-grommet, resistor/relay and valve/tube-bracket fasteners. Two 7.1-inch flexible straps and a fold-over metal hose clip are included. The right-wheelhouse hose group supplies attaching screws only. A/C housings, switches and ducts are separate. Original-style finishes and head markings retain the factory hardware details. The condenser/bracket group includes screws, spring nuts and washers; the receiver tank uses bolts and rivet nuts at the fender skirt. A screw and tooth washer serve the firewall ground connection, while the fold-over hose clip mounts at the radiator support.
