This AMK® hardware set supplies 36 fasteners and related hardware for the factory A/C engine attachments on a 1968 Chevelle or El Camino with the corresponding small-block, without smog engine arrangement. The set covers the lower compressor adjustment, intake-mounted rear brace, upper front brace, exhaust-manifold support and lower rear support. A Grade 8 TR-marked hex bolt, spacer and locknut are supplied for the exhaust support. The set also provides fitting/muffler and heater-hose-clamp attaching hardware. Brackets, compressor and hoses are separate. Original-style finishes and head markings retain the factory hardware details. The mounting hardware includes hex-head bolts, nuts, a locknut, flat washers and split lock washers. The fitting/muffler group also includes conical-washer SEMS hardware.
