This AMK® set supplies 29 fasteners and related hardware for the factory A/C attachments behind the firewall on a 1966 Chevelle or El Camino. The set supplies diverter-door switch/bracket screws, central air-distribution duct screws, blower-housing duct screws and kick-panel duct hardware. Five 1/4-20 stamped nuts with sealer attach the heater box at the firewall. The kick-panel group includes the specified screws, flat washers and spring nut. A/C housings, switches and ducts are separate. Original-style finishes and head markings retain the factory hardware details. The diverter-door switch and bracket attach at the A/C duct. The heater-box nuts have a 0.69-inch diameter, with sealer supplied for that firewall attachment.
