There is a huge difference in the quality of these panels compared to the industry average. Each panel features the authentic chrome-tooled Mylar trim (not generic piping) eliminating the frustrating (force-glued) "bunched-up" appearance found on many competitor panels. The "Y" pattern is precisely tooled and stamped—a carefully researched process that begins with an original GM panel reverse engineered. Please re-use your existing top rails since the panel set does not include the top rail. Remember to order our exact reproduction door panel water shields. The water shields are precisely die-cut from special “wax-like” paper for a factory fit and are designed to help reduce the damaging effects of moisture to your panels such as mildew, warping and premature rot.
