1964–88 GM 7-Terminal Headlight Switch by ACDelco®
GM original-equipment seven-blade headlight switch for compatible dash wiring.
This ACDelco® D1506A headlight switch provides a seven-blade electrical interface for supported GM applications. The original-equipment service part controls the headlamp and parking-lamp circuits and integrates the appropriate interior-light function through the vehicle’s wiring. Its mounting point secures to the instrument panel using one retaining fastener; the dashboard knob is not included. Applications span selected 1964–88 Buick, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile and Pontiac cars, with different years and equipment restrictions by model. Examples include 1964–69 Corvair, 1968–72 Buick Skylark, 1964–77 Cutlass, 1968–73 GTO/LeMans without hideaway headlamps, and specified Chevelle, El Camino, Monte Carlo, Riviera and Grand Prix model years. Confirm the original seven-terminal connector and any option-specific lighting circuit.
