This RESTOPARTS® firewall insulation pad is an exact reproduction of the original GM pad used on 1968–72 A-Body models equipped with factory air conditioning. It reproduces the original factory-stamped contours, shape and precisely located mounting holes, along with the required openings specific to factory A/C applications.
Installed on the interior side of the firewall behind the dash, the pad provides the thermal and sound insulation of the original while installing in the factory mounting locations. Mounting clips are included where applicable.
