The insert is produced from .025-inch aluminum and cut to the factory dash dimensions, with the large-swirl machine-turned pattern used for this reproduction treatment. An industrial-strength 3M adhesive backing supports a clean installation on a properly prepared surface.

- At the time of print, there were no correct burlgrain inserts for 1971 models. 1970 and 1971 both used a walnut grain insert.
