1/4-inch synthetic-fiber felt with foil heat barrier for sound, vibration and radiant-heat control.
Thermo-Tec® Thermo Guard FR uses 100% synthetic-fiber felt to absorb sound and vibration with a foil barrier for radiant-heat protection. The lightweight 1/4-inch material is trimmable for interior applications and meets FMVSS 302. Thermo-Tec states the foil blocks more than 90% of radiant heat.
