Premium ACC Raylon™ Loop Carpet, High-Performance Insulation & RESTOPARTS® Sill Plates

This complete carpet restoration kit is designed for 1961–64 Cadillac DeVille, Eldorado and Series 62 2-door models. It combines ACC Raylon™ Loop molded carpet, high-performance under-carpet insulation and RESTOPARTS® sill plates to replace the principal carpet and sill-area components in one package. OPGI confirms all three applications and the three kit components. The two-piece ACC Raylon™ Loop carpet reproduces the appearance and texture of original-style loop carpeting while incorporating improved fibers for resistance to fading, fuzzing, pilling, bearding and shedding. The carpet is heat-pressed and molded to follow the original Cadillac floor pan contours and includes an authentically reproduced, machine-bonded heel pad in the correct factory location. Bonded jute backing provides cushioning and insulation beneath the carpet. The included high-performance jute insulation adds another insulating layer between the carpet and floor pan to help reduce road noise and heat transfer. Completing the kit are RESTOPARTS® sill plates with the correct GM-licensed Cadillac emblems, reproducing the original appearance and finished detail along the door openings. The PF40 kit consists of the two-piece carpet, pair of sill plates and high-performance jute insulation.
