Faithfully reproduced by RESTOPARTS®, these armrest base backing plates duplicate the original 18" GM injection-molded components used on 1968-70 Buick, Oldsmobile and Pontiac models equipped with 18-inch armrests. Manufactured using dedicated tooling, each backing plate features the correct contours, countersunk mounting provisions, and bright chrome-plated finish (unlike lower grade vac metalizing sold elsewhere) for an authentic factory appearance. Installed behind the armrest base, the backing plates complete the original GM armrest assembly, restoring the clean, finished appearance of the door panel.
