Low-resistance spiral windings and dual silicone insulation support spark delivery and heat protection.

Taylor Cable® ThunderVolt wire uses a ferrite-based spiral-wound suppression core for low-resistance spark delivery without unnecessary interference with vehicle electronics. Dual silicone outer insulation protects the wire against heat, while flexible silicone boots use double spring-lock terminals for secure spark-plug contact. The engine-specific leads are cut to length and booted for the intended routing rather than supplied as a universal assembly kit.
