Aramid-core wire, EPDM insulation and snap-lock terminals provide strength and secure connections.
This U.S.-manufactured Walker Products® ThunderCore™ PRO set uses an aramid-fiber core, stainless-steel wire-wound conductor and latex-silicone layer for conductor stability. EPDM insulation and braided inner reinforcement provide strength and flexibility for routing while resisting heat, oil and abrasion. High-temperature silicone boots and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel snap-lock terminals provide secure connections. RFI/EMI suppression helps reduce interference with ignition electronics and audio equipment. Dielectric grease is included for installation. The wire set is made to meet or exceed original-equipment specifications. This universal set is cut to the required lengths; distributor-cap boots and terminals are supplied for final assembly.
