12V Non-HEI Canister Ignition Coil, 1.3 Ohms, External Ballast Resistor

Satin-black 12-volt canister coil designed for an ignition circuit with an external ballast resistor.

This conventional canister-style ignition coil is specified for 12-volt, non-HEI ignition systems using an external ballast resistor or the appropriate resistance-wire circuit. The stated 1.3-ohm coil resistance identifies the lower-resistance version, which must be matched to the existing ignition wiring. Its satin-black exterior provides an original-style underhood appearance.
