GM LS truck Flame-Thrower Ignition Coil Set by PerTronix®

High-temperature epoxy protects the windings and supports heat transfer.

This PerTronix® Flame-Thrower coil set uses an optimized winding and magnetic-core design for increased available spark energy. High-temperature epoxy supports the windings against shock, vibration and moisture while improving heat transfer. The original mounting form and electrical connections allow replacement without redesigning the ignition layout. PerTronix® rates available spark energy at 10-15% above common original-equipment coils.
