Chevrolet Small Block/Big Block Street Fire HEI Distributor by MSD®

An integrated coil and module provide a complete HEI with adjustable mechanical and vacuum advance.

This MSD® Street Fire HEI distributor supplies a cap-mounted coil and ignition module in a conventional HEI housing. Coated advance weights and welded weight pins support the mechanical-advance mechanism, and vacuum advance adds light-load timing. Supplied vacuum-stop plates allow vacuum advance to be limited for the engine. The drive gear is QPQ treated. The separate mechanical advance-curve kit is not included. Provide a full-voltage HEI ignition feed and confirm clearance and camshaft-gear compatibility before installation.
