Heavy-gauge windings and heat-dissipating housing support ignition output at higher rpm.

This Edelbrock® Max-Fire coil combines a classic canister shape with heavy-gauge windings for high-rpm ignition output. The oil-filled housing dissipates heat and retains the appearance of a traditional ignition coil. It is designed for compatible ready-to-run distributors and 6-series capacitive-discharge systems. Match the coil primary resistance and ignition requirements before installation; the epoxy dome-style version is a different product.
