GM HEI / Street Fire Distributor Advance Kit by MSD®
Replacement weights, springs and bushings allow mechanical-advance curve tuning.
This MSD® advance kit provides weights, springs and bushings for compatible stock GM HEI and Street Fire distributors. Changing spring tension alters how quickly centrifugal advance enters as engine speed increases. Use the parts to tune the curve for the engine combination and verify the resulting timing with a timing light. This kit is not intended for MSD billet or Pro-Billet distributors.
