1962-72 GM External Voltage Regulator (D663)
Four blade terminals and an included mounting bracket support the external-regulator connection.
This D663 external voltage regulator controls charging voltage in the corresponding 12-volt alternator system. The four male blade terminals connect to the regulator harness, and the mounting bracket is included. The GM® reference is 01119519. Match the alternator rating and connector arrangement before replacement; an externally mounted regulator is not used to regulate an internally regulated alternator. Mounting hardware is not included.
