This American Autowire® 1-gauge battery cable kit is sized for a trunk-mounted battery installation with a 18-foot cable configuration. Positive and negative cables are included, along with terminal lugs, a crimp tool and shrink tubing for finishing the connections. Top-post and side-post versions accommodate the battery terminal style. The top-post version's negative cable includes a 36-inch, 10-gauge secondary lead; this specification describes the secondary lead, not the length of the main negative cable.
