This Powermaster® CS144 supplies 125 amps at idle and 200 amps at top end, adding charging capacity for vehicles whose electrical accessories exceed a lower-output alternator. Internal and external fans help dissipate heat. The large 5.90-inch case uses a 7.24-inch straight mounting span and includes a six-rib serpentine pulley. An internal regulator supports one-wire charging or a compatible OE-style hookup without a separate external regulator. A fan baffle directs cooling airflow, and the threaded mounting ear matches the corresponding bracket arrangement. Each alternator is individually dyno-tested. Confirm case clearance, belt alignment and charge-cable capacity for the increased output.
