Ground Shipments Throughout The Continental U.S.
Most of our merchandise is shipped throughout North America via UPS Ground, but we utilize a variety of convenient and cost effective shipping services. Typical ground service to all parts of the continental USA is between 1 and 3 days in the Western Coastal states, 3 to 4 days to the far Western states, 4 to 5 days to the Midwestern states, 5 to 7 days to the Eastern Seaboard states.
Outside The Contiguous U.S.A./International Shipments
Orders outside of the contiguous USA including APO and FPO must be pre-paid in US funds by Bank Check or Credit Card. OPG regularly ships to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, UK, France, Australia, Switzerland, etc. Federal Express is used whenever possible. Shipping rates vary due to size and weight. Please call, write or fax for rates to your area.
- All orders outside of the contiguous USA sales are final.
- All OPG requires a cashier check prepayment for truck freight items shipping internationally.
Items That Require Additional Handling Surcharges
Any package that measures over 48" in length, and/or 30" in width or height, is subject to an additional handling surcharge of $15.95 per package. Unusually shaped packages such as cylinders or drums are also subject to this charge, as are unusual exterior packaging materials such as plastic or cloth.
Items Eligible For Free Shipping
Items less than 70 inches in length and with a combined length, width, and girth within standard shipping limits qualify for free standard ground shipping. These items are noted in your cart at checkout.
Items Not Eligible For Free Shipping
Certain items which exceed standard size or weight are exempt from free shipping promotions. These items are noted in your cart at checkout.
Items That Require Truck Freight Delivery
Products requiring truck freight shipping are items that exceed the size or weight limits of standard ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS and do not qualify for free freight. Examples include hoods, fenders, quarter panels, and deck lids. Please note that we do not accept C.O.D. payments for truck freight orders.

Items That Require Drop Ship
All drop-shipped orders must be prepaid. Rates vary depending upon weight.
Damage Claims
Please inspect the merchandise in the presence of the carrier at the time of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the delivering service (UPS Ground, etc.) to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, it is imperative that the driver documents this on their delivery sheet. Please report any and all damaged goods in shipments within 3 days of receipt. OPGI cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing parts without documentation on the delivery sheet and without contacting the delivering company directly. Please promptly call OPGI customer service so we may assist you with Damage Claims.
