Return Policy Overview

Customer Satisfaction-Guarantee!

If you are unsatisfied with a product or purchase and would like an exchange, refund or credit, please contact our customer service department for preauthorization to process your return or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges within 45 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise we offer is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 45 days from the date you received it. Liability of OPGI is limited to the replacement of defective parts. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Each returned product must be in its original, unused condition. Merchandise that has been painted or altered is non-returnable. The shipping charges on all returned merchandise will be paid by the customer; however, OPGI will refund the shipping charges if OPGI determines we are responsible for the need for the return or exchange. Original GM products must be in their original packaging. The following products are not returnable under any circumstances: Instruction and informative books or manuals, special orders, odd color request, items requiring Truck Freight delivery, wiring harnesses, all electrical parts, engines and moving internal engine parts. Also interior components that have been installed incorrectly are non-returnable. Every return must be accompanied by the original invoice and be preauthorized by OPGI. Please call customer service to request authorization. All returns are subject to damage inspection.
