Cast aluminum housing is machined to support the gear and accept the original speedometer cable.
This reproduction speedometer gear housing is for a TH350 transmission using a 40-45-tooth speedometer gear. The cast aluminum housing is machined to locate the gear and accept the original mechanical speedometer cable. The necessary seals are included for installation. Select the housing by both transmission type and gear tooth count; housings intended for other tooth ranges are not interchangeable solely because the cable connection looks similar.
