A redline marker provides a visible engine-speed reference on the tachometer dial.
This 5-inch AutoMeter® pedestal-mounted tachometer displays engine speed from 0 to 10,000 RPM. Its electric air-core movement responds to the ignition signal. A redline marker gives a clear reference point on the dial. Compatible with most 4-, 6- and 8-cylinder engines using points, electronic or suitable performance ignitions; match the tachometer input to the ignition signal. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
