GM Screw-On Speedometer Cable Adapter for Tremec Transmissions by American Powertrain™
Double O-ring case seals and an internal cable seal help contain transmission fluid.
This American Powertrain™ adapter connects a GM 7/8-inch threaded mechanical speedometer cable to the Ford-type drive used by Tremec Magnum, TKO and TKX transmissions. It provides the connection without an extension cable. A double O-ring seals the adapter at the transmission case, and an internal seal controls fluid at the cable connection. The drive spindle is Swiss-machined from solid steel. The adapter also supports Tremec T-5 and Legend Gear LGT-700 transmissions. Choose the correct driven gear for the transmission and speedometer calibration; that gear is not included.
