Stepper-motor RPM display with programmable ignition input and through-the-dial LED lighting.
This 5-inch Comp II LED tachometer by Marshall Instruments™ uses a high-speed stepper motor for its full-sweep 0-10,000-RPM display. Through-the-dial LED illumination and a red illuminated pointer keep the scale and needle visible at night. The ignition input is programmable from 0.5 to 6 pulses per revolution and is preset to 4. It accepts standard coil-negative, HEI and compatible electronic-ignition tachometer signals. A U-clamp secures the instrument in the dash. Black or white dial options are offered with silver, black, polished stainless steel or polished stainless steel step bezels.
